What is Cole's Law?
It is our story
It is our story. Our precious 18 year old son was killed by a drunk driver on September 24, 2021. It was not an accident. The man had 4 prior DUI/DWI incidents. He fled the scene, leaving our son to die. "Cole's Law" is what we want to name a new law that will give harsher punishment to repeat offenders, especially when they flee the scene to avoid blood alcohol testing. Cole's nickname was Coleslaw, so we thought it would be the perfect name: "Cole's Law". We want to raise awareness and work with state representatives to get this passed.
